=== How will travel arrangements be made? ===
=== Do I need to book travel and a hotel? ===
Registered invitees will be contacted by a travel agency who will book their travel to Vancouver (employees will be contacting the travel agency directly). The travel agency will take your arrival information and arrange for you to be taken by bus along the Sea to Sky Highway to Whistler. The hotel rooms are reserved and registration will take place at the hotel.
If you received an invitation by email and filled out your RSVP form online, you will be contacted by us shortly with information about travel arrangements. An agency will help you book passage to Vancouver, and your room at the Westin Whistler will be reserved for you. When you arrive at the Vancouver Airport you will be taken by bus along the Sea-to-Sky Highway directly to the hotel in Whistler. At the end of the summit, a bus will take you back to the Vancouver Airport.

(If you are an Mozilla Corporation employee, you should follow the instructions sent to you in an email sent April 29, 2008 titled "Mozilla Summit Travel" in order to arrange your flights.)

=== What if I want to come early or stay late? ===
When speaking with the travel agency, you may choose to arrange your travel such that you arrive early in Vancouver or stay a few extra days after the summit. Please note that any costs (hotel, food, bus, etc) associated with an extended stay will be at the attendee's own expense.

* Mozilla has negotiated preferred rates with Westin Hotels for those who wish to extend their stay:
