Hosting the Standup

  • Current hosts: drs, gtorodelvalle, Rik, thills
  • Hosts rotate every day.
  1. Start with any administrative items (ask if you don't know or don't have any).
  2. Move to individual updates. Go alphabetically, in descending order.
  3. If someone's update is taking longer than 3-4 minutes, you should generally cut them off and ask them to talk about it after the standup.
  4. Move the meeting minutes to the wiki page for that day. For example, here are July 8's minutes.
  5. Ask the person who should be hosting the day after you if they'll be available that day. If not, move onto the next person.
