Plugin jank is in the category "things that may regress up to 5% as a tradeoff for other benefits". Any regression in the *chrome* process should stop ship. Regressions in the content process are not nearly so important.

There were very few submissions for these histograms from clients with E10s enabled in early builds of Beta 45.

bug 1245575 is going to look into improving these probes (and checking e10s support) in the nebulous future.

Further analysis needed to look at the data that is coming through.
