Philipp Schmidt, phi(dot)schmidt(at)gmail(dot)com, Blog - I am planning to design the basic feature set and implementation plan, for an open online university - I envision a very lightweight structure that pulls together various available services, using OpenID for authentication and linking to available OER. I have been involved in open education projects for the past 3 years, and have solid understanding of open licensing, tech, and pedagogy.
