We currently do not provide adequate warning to users that new third-party provided add-ons have been installed.

• Make users aware when new add-ons have been installed that they may not know about
  • Users should be able to opt out of such add-ons before the add-on's code has a chance to run

Non-Goals

• Support removing other applications on the system from within Firefox
