New team member checklist

  • File a Service Now request to add person to engagement@mozilla.com email list
  • Invite the person to our Team Communications Basecamp project
  • Add the person to the monthly team meeting calendar invite by emailing Luciana
  • Ask the person to complete these tasks
    • Set up IRC and join the #engagement channel (password found here)
    • Request access to the Engagement Meeting etherpad subdomain.
    • Create a profile on mozillians.org using their mozilla.com email address
