Localization

L10n builds drafted by bsmedberg, see bug 434289 and MozillaTest.

Repository structure still not settled, see thread in .l10n.

Build

• still need to get release automation working properly on hg. Now at risk for 14july date.

Round table

• on release day, having "check-for-updates" for a FF3.0 user do a major update up to FF3.1.
  • note: *not* doing automatic major update for all users, only those that explicitly select check-for-updates. This improves the experience for existing FF user who wants to be on latest, yet is forced to manually download & install.
