What is the overall goal I want to accomplish by attending MozCamp Europe
My overall goal is 2-in-1:
- Learn how to best grow Mozilla in terms of seeking out and recruiting interested persons and helping them identify how best they can help by doing something in line with what they love rather than what I think they should, mentoring them, and effectively follow up on them after they've left the nest as they too grow the community.
- Learn A LOT more about B2G and how I can effectively contribute, want to take up the B2G mantle personally in Kenya and make HTML 5 and open web standards a common household name across the region by sharing my web dev skills with others.
What I want to achieve by Sunday (September 9th)
- Identify solutions to some of the issues Mozillians accross East Africa are facing such as receiving funds for events and the like
- Have met as many Mozillians as I can, stalk them and become their best friend behind the shadows :-)

- Blog about the awesome things I learnt during MozCamp
- Finish plans on hosting a B2G/HTML 5 workshop
