Description

A BarCamp is a peer learning event born from the desire for people to share and learn in an open environment. It is an intense event with discussions, demos, and interaction from attendees. There are no invited speakers and no VIPs. Sessions are proposed by participants on the spot and decided by participant's votes. Join whichever session you're interested to learn more about. If you don't like a session, walk out of the room politely and move to another. It is an excellent way to hear about new things and meet new people. The first ever BarCamp in Malaysia was held in 2008. Formerly known as BarCamp Malaysia, it's name changed to BarCamp KL after the BarCamp culture spread all across the Malaysian states.
