Sign-off Criteria
- Installers are localized and download the correct build
- First Run Page is http://www.mozilla.org/id/firefox/22.0/firstrun/?f=23
- About Dialog is localized and displays Funnelcake July 2013
- Update Channel is release-cck-mozilla23 (AUS URL only, app.update.channel and channel-prefs.js will still reference "release")
- Mozmill functional automation testrun passes with no unknown failures
- Basic smoketesting behaviours work as expected (tabbed browsing, search, bookmarks, history, etc)
- Install directory contains a distribution/distribution.ini file with the above modifications
