Notifications
One of the main communication problems is that people usually don't follow or answer some bugs or trello tasks they are supposed to.
Asking around I see there is a big number of people who don't have the right configuration for notifications in both bugzilla or trello.
Situation 1: Uhm, what message? I didn't get anything
Check bugzilla email preferences and verify that at least you are notified "when someone asks me to set a flag" and "New comments are added ".
Go to Trello settings (https://trello.com/YOURNICKNAME/account) and under "Notifications - Change Notification Email Frequency" check that is NOT set to "Never".
Situation 2: Oh dude, I have 7580 pending bugmails and notifications
Maybe you should review your notification strategy. My recommendation would be:
- Let's be honest, mark the 7580 notifications as read, you are not gonna make it any time soon, let's start from scratch.
- Go to bugzilla component watch settings and remove yourself from places you really don't need to get every single comment or change.
- Now go to bugzilla dashboard and check flags and open bugs that are still assigned to you.
- Take action!

As mentors you will be getting a lot of bugmail and notifications, be smart, use email filters to handle these emails out of your inbox and place them into a fancy folder where you just have that, pending notifications. It's never a good idea to let these emails mix with your inbox and turn into noise-mails driving you mad.
