Cross Product Management Meeting

Purpose

Share updates, decisions (made or needing to be made), anything of impact relating to our cross-product iniatives
Can include Dev Tools initiatives, but likely after we've got the other initiatives a bit more underway
Can also discuss any best practices, tools etc - anything relating to how we do our jobs

Flurry Analytics and Yahoo are presenting a mobile developer day in California today; some BD personnel attending
Mobile fixes in, still some references to "Local" searches in tabs, but no longer at top level of nav UI for users outside the US geography.
Video and Image SERPs will be focus once Mobile work is deemed complete
Content triggering mechanisms (places, products, etc.) need evaluation; reaching out to partner to set up workshop
Metrics preparing performance dashboard
Summary issues list to be sent to product team by week end; intent is to review current issues and prioritization internally and with partners
Evaluating secondary search providers in US for content and maps

changes to MDN search API] will facilitate indexing and surfacing of MDN content in SERPs

Re-deploying search trial with another partner providing translation API and services
