Issues Noted during Testing:
- If you install an extension and theme at the same time when you restart it says "1 Add on" instead of "2". This is a known bug but I must find the bug number.
- When I destroyed the profile in the .mozilla directory in the VM I could not get Firefox to launch with the migration dialog.
