Release runner failure

Release runner failed when verifying l10n changesets. This was a submission problem, and corrected by tb-drivers

Build failures due to in tree mozharness

Builds failed due to issues with in-tree mozharness. Jordan filed and fixed bug 1186679.

Subsequent Windows build failure

After the Mozharness issue was fixed, the Windows build then failed with:

c:\builds\moz2_slave\tb-rel-c-beta-w32_bld-00000000\build\mozilla\widget\windows\mozwrlbase.h(77) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'wrl.h': No such file or directory
c:/builds/moz2_slave/tb-rel-c-beta-w32_bld-00000000/build/mozilla/config/rules.mk:946: recipe for target 'WindowsUIUtils.obj' failed

Will need a build2 for this once fixed.

"uk" locale repack failures

These locales failed on all platforms due to what looks like an issue with the search engine set-up. Waiting for TB drivers to investigate further. Needs a build3 to fix.
