Description: We will be giving an general update on the overall Fx OS Participation strategy and open a discussion to set the stage for the next two days.

• Looking back at our two top level goals, are they still relevant? If not, why not?
• What are more relevant top level goals?

Desired Outcome: At the end of the session, we want everyone to feel they had an opportunity to raise any flags/concerns they have about our strategy and feel they have a good understanding of where our overall strategy is taking us.
