- The meeting agenda should be uploaded to an etherpad which shall be available to everyone before the meeting. The format of the link shall be: public.etherpad-mozilla.org/p/kerala-meeting-DDMMMYY . Minutes, outcomes, assignments, etc shall be added to the same etherpad.
