Participation

   participants should not spam AoA (see definition of spam)

   in the event that they come across a user spamming they are to report it to a moderator as soon as one becomes available 

   what is Spam:

   replies that are not related to what the user is asking

   sending random irelivent tweets and posts

   Replies when somebody has already replied if reply was relevant

   Workflow

   if unannswed dropdown is not set by defult chande to defult ##pic##

   only reply to support requests

   do not reply tweets towards @firefox or @mozilla due to socile media team running those 

    check if user who is tweeting is a member of mozillians (staffers or Volunteer) on there bio on twitter profile

   remove irelivent tweets using the buton on diplay 

   if the button is not visible you need to refresh your page or sign in

   customise your responces so tweets are uneq to individual 

Moderation

   AoA spamming 

   in the event of a user spamming AoA the following steps are to happen 

   If not yet seen by a moderator it is to be reported to one 

   the user spamming is to be warned once that spamming is not ok and to be linked to the Participation Guidelines for Sumo

   if this continues to happen the user will be banned by a moderator (the moderator must send an email to the user explaining the reason for the ban and how to request being unbanned (if applicable)

   3 warning messages: the last one is the final warning

   Hey im a modorator for sumo (aoa) i have been informed of inaprpreact activity on your account and would like to refer you to the participation guidlines ##Link##. Here's a few things I recommend:

   you should only tweet replies that are relevant to what the user has been asking

   reconition 

   hey I have noticed you are contributing to AoA and doing a Fab job keep on rocking the free web

   send there username to madalina for swag 

   criteria 

   how relivent is the reply tweet and is it customosed 

   is it readable and solution correct to the question awnssered ...

   becoming a modorator 

   a user is very active 

   resopose to relivent tweets and involved with internal communicatiion within AoA
