Process
This collection of wiki pages will be used to:
- archive the discussions that the broad Mozilla community has around this question
- provide a condensed, easy-to-follow abstract of the process
- collect information on what processes foster effective 2010 Goals discussions (for example: a set of suggestions for how to start the discussion, what kinds of questions get broad answers, which questions get narrow answers, etc.)
The actual discussions will happen in the usual channels used by the various Mozilla communities for discussing issues like the 2010 Goals.*

Goals
These goals should be concrete enough that people can respond to them and provide a means for evaluating the scope of progress. Perhaps even more importantly, these goals should express important ideas rather than specifying implementation plans. They should set the directional, aspirational goals. They are intended to describe the type and scope of accomplishment we want to see.
