bugzilla-rus -- alternative terminology
Bugzilla-rus uses other terms: submit a request (подать заявку) and is supposed to be more suitable for IT help desk. Bugzilla-ru uses tratitional (software development) terminology: register a bug (зарегистрировать ошибку).
Playing with $terms.bug is not enough, because submit a bug does not sound euphonic enough in Russian.
