Using the timeline from setting up the Places project branch.

Steps involved:

Open a bug requesting the branch [459269]
Create a tinderbox page for the branch to report to [[1]]
File a separate bug to request a repo [493745]
Make changes as needed to config files for Staging-Master and Production-Master
Test in staging (make sure to add mozconfigs in the right locations)
Add Nagios monitoring support by filing a bug with IT [501710]
Turn on talos and graph server support for the new builds
Turn on leak testing debug builds if needed
