Working process: Festival committee meets with all working group leads) weekly beginning in week of July 19.

Program: Shapes the content and participant experience.
Communication, Outreach, & Marketing (COM): designs and implements communications plan, including participant recruitment, earned media, and social media
Design: venue, program, and collateral design
Fundraising & Budget
Volunteer Management: recruits and supports volunteers
Barcelona Local: develops strong local partnerships, informs program, COM, and volunteer WGs
Logistics: venue, accomodation, food & beverage, IT, AV

Working progess: each working group meets twice monthly July-Sept and weekly through October. Nathan will attend all WG meetings.
