P1 Establish weekly SEO to improve KB support
- Work with Blake to determine what WebTrends reports can be used/created to help with this goal.
- Since webdev is a little busy, we won't be making any changes that require webdev input -- instead we'll use metrics we already have
- Weekly meeting to go over metrics and plan changes to the KB (Wed 2pm PDT)
- Use list of top search terms to generate search results and look at the articles returned.
- Adjust keywords on the articles so the most relevant articles are on top.
- Compare front page search effectiveness against measurement taken at the end of Q3. Compare Sept. 1 - 30 vs. Nov. 15 - Dec. 15.
