Gregg

Gregg is an IT support guy. He installed his company's Bugzilla in the first place, upgrades it when necessary, and is now the contact point for any requested changes from management. He adds new components on a regular basis, and occasionally does something deeper like a custom template.

Goals:

• Keep Bugzilla available during working hours

Likes:

• Software that just works

Dislikes:

• Customising Bugzilla; the more customisations, the harder work it is to upgrade
• Working out-of-hours because some upgrade can't be done when people need to use some facility
