  • March 23 - launch innovation challenge #1
    • launch challenges 2 and 3 in 2 week intervals
    • challenge close 1 month after: earlier if we go with phases
  • June 15 - announce & showcase innovation challenge winners
  • June 29 - learning labs begin
  • late August: in person hackathon (MoJoCamp?)
  • mid- September: begin fellowship offers (first 5)
  • mid-October: first fellows begin
