Overall Engineering Goals for 2011 Q4

• Conduct and publish a comprehensive impact assessment for our fixed release process and implement identified changes to address problems.
• Joint with Product: Decide on and publish a clear policy for binary add-on support that enables add-on authors to create add-ons with a reasonable expected compatibility lifetime.
• Implement minimal impact update system.
• Implement a native UI for Fennec.
• Implement a B2G phone that can be used as a daily phone by developers.
