- Poster Party: We've got some really lovely posters to promote various projects thanks to our creative team!
- Where: Meet at Kalkscheune registration desk.

- Session Angels: drop in hours for angels reviewing presentations from speakers. Angels need to be available at the Tryp hotel on Friday afternoon to review presentations from paid and volunteer staff, listen to run thrus, etc.
- Time commitment: 1 - 2 hours
- Location: TRYP Hotel GOYA Room
