Jetpack Project Web Presence Clean-up

TL;DR

The aim of this project is to clean up and focus the web presence for the Addons SDK such that there is an obvious pathway for both developers using the SDK and contributors to the project to learn about the project, the code and the community.

Short term measures

What can we do immediately to improve things?

• re-format the developer hub landing page so that it links to the wiki for project info, and to the examples and tutorials

Medium / Long-term measures

What are the longer term goals we have?
