Desktop Firefox (Juan)

  • Fx.Next
    • Fx10.0.2, Fx11b3, Fx3.6.27 (with MU) shipped last week to address chemspill: bug 727401
    • Fx11b4 to be shipped this week.
  • Firefox ESR (ashughes)
    • Fx10.0.2 ESR also released to address chemspill.

Apps Desktop and Mobile (DavidC)

  • What happened this week?
    • Mobile World Congress Top Apps Testing (jsmith)
      • (on-going) Conducting an Apps Quality Analysis (document is here)
        • Determine which apps can be demoed on desktop/mobile
        • Understand MWC blockers (developer & external partner information)
    • Sign-off criteria for MWC (document is here under "MWC Signoff Criteria")
    • Test Infrastructure (dclarke)
      • Ops delivered 2 Linux VM's
      • 1 Windows VM, the ops team is still working up how to support
    • MochiTest (dclarke)
      • Kick off meeting with Automation Services (geo)
      • github repo created
      • first test created *fails*
    • Assist in mwc testing as needed (dclarke)

    • s-c client train around Add-on sync bug fix bug 712542 rolled to m-c yesterday.

    • Testing continues as needed for any Sync Server deployments and Change/Maintenance Windows.
    • Test scripts are in progress for running curl against rfkelly's Sync 2.0 setup
    • QA test planning in in progress for the following projects:
      • MetLog
      • BiPostal
      • Sync 2.0 with Token Server
  • BrowserID (jbonacci/jrgm)
    • Actively working on Train 21 in Stage:
      • Bug 727995 - QA and deploy BrowserID train-2012.02.16 to production
      • Main focus on this train, again, is support for primaries, UX, localization
