Motivation:

Frequent FF releases to a higher number of questions on the support forum and need for updates in the KB articles. The purpose of this goal is to create a buzz around product releases to get more contributors engaged in helping out.

Plan:

This can be done in two stages:

1. Create a schedule of all actions that need to be taken before and after a product release 2. Initiate reminders for the community that a release is coming up and actions that need to be taken

   - Blog about upcoming release and call for action (x  weeks before)
   - Initiate contributor topic on the forum announcing the release (x weeks before)
   - Initiate contributor topic on the forum with top issues and call for feedback
   - Present updates on weekly SUMO meeting and call-to-action
   - Initiate discussion on IRC channel
   - Reach out to contributors personally
