Purpose of the Goal

We are initiating a reward and recognition program in order to encourage activity, keep the community engaged and onboard new contributors

Create level system that will give special privileges to those advancing to the next level.
Set-up recognition badges for good contributions
Create user titles
Initiate contributor interviews on the blog
Create monthly awards: most productive newcomer, most enthusiastic contributor
Send personalized cards for special events (e.g birthdays)
Celebrate milestones and congratulate the community
