The Community Program has accomplished the following over the past three months:
- Set up a blog
- Drafted a letter of intent with Mozilla pro-bono lawyers that serves as a basic agreement for participants in the program
- Established a recurring selection committee meeting where we have reviewed over 15 proposals in the first two meetings
- Deliver hardware, software, catering, web-hosting and more to volunteer recipients
- Have received 18 formal proposals for support, approving 10, rejecting 3, and are further researching (or have off-loaded to other Mozilla areas) 5
- Distributed $15,445.71 in support to key contributors and the volunteer community
