Beta release become nightly, remove the need for driven releases on a weekly basis
- Releng: Update configs to allow for nightly builds off beta branch, push nightly snippets from those builds to beta channel
- SUMO: adjustments needed to work with BuildIDs instead of beta versions
- Socorro: gather crash stats from BuildIDs instead of beta versions
- QA: automated testing and evaluation of builds - no more sign-offs/update sign-offs
