Marionette / CI status

Tutorials need to be written about webAPI/emulator tests
Get pandaboards working with B2G
Fix some marionette bugs, starting with bug 748107
Need to apply pressure to get emulators working

Provide mac and linux desktop builds of b2g
Still Need to address bug 740145 and bug 736592
