       People will "unlearn" the barriers I've heard that prevent most people fr0m contributing to Mozilla.

       5 participants - intimate chat/sharing on the topic
       15 participants - 50/50 session with 50% doing a presentation. 50% Q&A and clarifications
       50 participants - 80/20 session with 80% doing a presentation. 20% Q&A and clarifications 

  * How long within your session before someone else can teach this?

       N/A 

  * What do you see as outcomes after the festival?

       More eager folks who will participate in Webmaker events
