What is the overall goal I want to accomplish by attending MozCamp Europe

I'd like to meet Mozillians I have never met before, find out what they've been up to until now and get the ball rolling for a hopefully forever lasting social relationship. By reaching that goal I'm positive that efforts towards Mozilla's mission will be even more successful.

What I want to achieve by Sunday (September 9th)

I'd like to gain some more insight on what it takes to organize a Firefox Clinic using limited resources and a small community. Other than that: satisfaction. Knowing that what everyone accomplished so far has been worth it.

What I will achieve by September 23rd

I'd like to see the SUMO SIG (where Rosana has been working on) finalized and ready for deployment. From what I can tell it is complete, but we could use feedback at Mozcamp.

What I will achieve by October 7th

Building the first blocks towards organizing a Firefox Clinic for the Belgian community.
