What is the overall goal I want to accomplish by attending MozCamp Asia

I recently joined Mozilla to help recruit and grow the organization. I want to learn as much as I can about how the community interacts with Mozilla, how Mozilla can better assist the community to grow and in general, just learn as much as possible about Mozilla.

What I want to achieve by Sunday (November 18th)

Deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing the growth of the community in Asia.

What I will achieve by December 2nd

I will bring back to my team at HQ my what I have learned and begin discussion about how recruiting can assist the community
