Makeover

OK, I lied and wasn't able to get to this in time for the meeting, but here's the very basics:

OSX

• more native look and feel, hopefully bringing forward a lot of Gerich's suggestions from Pinstripe for Firefox 2 which came in too late for that release
• may revisit icon polish depending on 10.5

Windows

• better theme support for Vista menus
• examination of use of Aero Glass where possible
• can we/do we ditch the toolbar?

General

• should buttons be more button like?
• figuring out location bar changes and new location bar buttons
• updates to toolbar set
• harmonizing changes from places, content handling, notification, download manager, password manager, and security UI changes
