Since we have flag litmus-in bug 388979 we need to: set this flag for all bugs that alredy have test case in litmus set this flag to ? for all bugs that have been reviewed and mark as candidates for litmus advice end-user how to use this flag, put the information in wiki or use external link	<Add your accomplishment> how to process those without bothering everyone about changes (via email) ?
