• Baseline current activity and decide on metrics.
• Complete research on community tasks (participation worksheets).
• Audit project installs and documentation.
• Implement initial steps based on the above.

Measure & Improve

1. Based on metrics implement methods to increase growth of contributors.
2. Based on metrics implement methods to increase retention of contributors.
