Badges for contribution and web literacy

- Webmaker badges will recognise contribution from our community to teach the web and spread web literacy
- We'll use the Open Badges Infrastructure and Badge Kit
- We'll start with Webmaker training. We'll start by enabling those participating in Webmaker Training to earn Mentor and Super Mentor badges.
- Once these badges are operational, we'll focus on Web Literacy badges
- These will be awarded based on the teach competencies and skills identified in the Web Literacy Map.
- Mentors will award these Web Literacy badges. They can use our exemplar Teaching Kits to teach and allow learners to submit work and evidence.
