The agenda:

1. Project leadership structure changes (justdave)
   • LpSolit has stepped down from his Assistant Project Leader role; mkanat had already stepped down previously (officially 8 months ago, but in function around 2 years ago) and we never replaced him; This leaves justdave currently as the only "approver". Ideally we should have at least three, because everyone has "real lives" outside of Bugzilla development.
   • We would like to know who is willing to contribute time actively developing or reviewing to ease the burden on the existing core developers if we move them into more management-oriented roles (and if said core developers are willing to help manage as well).
   • What positions in our existing structure do we have open? Do we still need them all? Are there new positions we have a need for that we should create? Who should fill them? Do the existing holders of positions that are filled that we still need want to keep doing them?
