Q. How can "PDA Sync" be clarified?
- Many use cases only involve published data that is not edited by user on PDA, so in those cases import should be sufficient to update.

Q. How can cases be organized?
- Flat list
- seems overwhelming and unorganized.
- Themes
- In a thematic hierarchy such as "Friends and Family", "School", "Club", "Dentist Office", "Insurance Office", "Web Consultant's Office", etc., some cases appear in mutiple themes.
- Priority
- For example, a followup survey of a target market could ask respondants how frequently they (would) use each case (never, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly). Then prioritize cases with the greatest total frequency (number of times used in a year by all survey respondants).
