Now that you know what you are doing and who is involved, you need to define when it is going to be done. Without clear dates and deliverables, you cannot call your activity a project. You will need to create a project schedule and link it to your project hub. The schedule can be created in a number of tools including SmartSheet, Google Spreadsheets, or simple bullets on a wiki page.
