Stage 1: Definition
1. Feature overview
Firefox already has test pilot which allows them to pass out surveys to their userbase on usage of the application. The functionality also allows for users to give direct feedback on the application. We would like both items in Thunderbird.

1. Provide facilities for surveying actual Thunderbird usage. 2. Provide options for users to give quick feedback on their Thunderbird experience.
