Question

• People install Plug-ins, sometimes many; but do they actually use them ?
• How much usage does a particular Plug-in get ?
• Does the Plug-in ever crash ?
• etc. (you are welcome to add to this list)

Data

We only would need to see if the Plug-in were called, we do not need the URL or other private Data. _IF_ there were a specific Plug-in that suggested that a User would ONLY use that Plug-in to visit a particular Site (EG: Gambling) then we could blacklist collecting Data about that Plug-in.
