Goals

To create a place for private tabs to live, to bring synced tabs together with all the other tabs, and to address various papercuts with the previous version.

Schedule

• New structure shipped with Fx21
• Further refinements are slated for Fx22 and likely beyond

• Placing tabs on top in portrait view
• Allowing tab sidebar to be pinned open in landscape view
