Mentor selection Process
The Reps Council is working in order to make clear the selection criteria for new mentors. The current process will be documented.
Safari Books
Council is investigating if this program is still active or if there are similar initiatives. We're working with the Participation team to get an answer to this as fast as possible.
Mentors accountability
A draft will be create about some actions that the council would like to take around mentor accountability. Some thinks that were discussed were:
- Mentee survey
- Replace old mentors that don't have time now.
- On-board new mentors.
