| The "Mass Update Audit/CP/CPS Data" button may be used to apply the same changes to other intermediate certificates signed by the same parent certificate. This button may be used as follows.

| # Update the "[[CA:SalesforceCommunity#Audit_Information|Audit Information]]" and "[[CA:SalesforceCommunity#Policies_and_Practices_Information|Policies and Practices Information]]" sections for one certificate, and Save the changes.

| # Click on the "Mass Update Audit/CP/CPS Data" button. This button will look for all of the certificates signed by the same parent certificate, and do the following...

| #* The certificate you were viewing when you clicked on the "Mass Update" button will be treated as the "Source".

| #* If the "Target" certificate has different Audit or Policy information, then a window will display the Audit and Policy information for both certificates side-by-side, and the differences will be shown in blue text.
