If possible, we would like the renewal of the subscription to the VPN provider, as the number of devices connected far better than other competitors, allowing us to connect multiple devices at once (sometimes we need 2 devices per person conected at the same time) and the list of avaible VPN locations is extensive. | |||

Paul: So far Calin and Raul have been on PTO this month and the progress doesn't look that good so far. We will have to see how it goes on a month where they are fully available, most likely in July. If its not doable we will have to adjust the workload accordingly, maybe extend the time allocated for a batch. | |||

Quick update on the Card issue. We are currently blocked at having a signature and a beneficiary on the credit card. At the moment, we are looking for someone based in the US, to pass the relevant checks. | |||
Raul: We are not looking for a card with actual funds on it, just to pass the credit card check on certain websites. | |||
Honza: So for now we are looking to have a card with some funds on it, that all the other teams might use it, as others are interested. | |||

We are actively working on this, to simply the process so that we can get more users that will finish the reporting process. This will be implemented in the future reporting tool of Firefox, using Big Query data and by analysing the curent reports. We might see an impact from and to the TRENDS OKR. | |||
Paul: Simplified reports will end up with QA? | |||
Honza: The current reports will end up on GitHub, and the simplified reports will be stored in Big Query. For now, QA will look at the complex (current) reports and Dev Team will be looking at the simplfied reports. We will provide a spreadsheet and the simplified reports will be added to it, for analysing. | |||
Paul: I was curious because if the reports are more simplified we will probably have to ask for more information when triaging. | |||
Honza: Yes, probably we will have to investigate more in order to figure it out exactly. Currently for the simplified reports, we might just get the URL and that is it, but we can extract other data from the simplified reports. | |||
Paul: Maybe there is a way we might see the changed prefs the user made by submitting the simplified reports. | |||
Honza: I'll check some more and give you an update. | |||
