+* worked on page speed optimizations for mozilla-europe.org, page load time now divided by almost 3 on the site, started working with Anthony Ricaud on porting those optimizations on mozilla.com (targetting landing pages and 3.6 in-product pages first)

Fx4 will have a version of release notes based on videos that we may want subtitles for, will work with Grace on that.
